DEPOSIT: upon confirmation of your booking, we will ask you to send us a deposit for each room:
1) by postal order to our street address;
2) by bank transfer (we will send you our IBAN).
3) via credit card number
CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation made within 30 days from the date of arrival for your stay, the deposit will be refunded, minus transaction costs. If the cancellation occurs at least 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be recovered from you within the calendar year for another stay of equal length. For later cancellations, the deposit will be fully retained.
In the case of EARLY DEPARTURE will be charged the cost of the room for every day booked and not used.
